Websites of Glenn Campbell

Because the website of Glenn Cambell, Las Vegas, Nevada of who i am a fan for 10 years is closing and his documents will be lost, i decide to make this Area 51 zone. The website of Glenn was top of the art around 1993-1997, because of his website i visited Las Vegas, Nevada a couple of times. To secure the documents and all of the work he did all those years, i decided to put (most of) his documents on this website. On the bottom of all articles there is a link to ufomind.com and to the related articles, some links do not work anymore so i try to do as much research as possible myself. So don't think i made this website to make money with the name "Glenn Cambell", i don't want to "copy and steal" information, i only want that all of his documents stay online ! So please visit the website of Glenn Cambell now that you still can ... before it's gone ... and Glenn if you read this, you can email me because i can't reach you. Area 51 designated with a new name

By Philip Ewing - Staff writer

The Air Force’s classified test range at Groom Lake, Nev., has never lacked for evocative nicknames - it and its restricted airspace have been called Dreamland, Paradise Ranch, The Box and, most famously, Area 51. Now there’s a less romantic moniker to throw on the pile: “Homey Airport,” according to a few civilian aviation journals.

“Homey Airport” now appears as the official name for a certain air base near a certain dry lake bed in Nevada, according to reports in the Web site of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, as well as the Daily Aviator blog and others. New editions of flight planning software and civilian aviators’ GPS gear lists the name and the official designation “KXTA” - which online wags have speculated stands for “extraterrestrial airport.” (The “k” designation indicates only that the field is in the U.S., according to the Federal Aviation Administration.)

Capt. Jessica Martin, a spokeswoman for Nellis Air Force Base, which sits 85 miles south of Homey Airport and is responsible for the airspace and any ground facilities, said that “we already know about the designation, but it doesn’t have any effect on operations at the base.”

Is Steve Fossett shot down at Area 51 ?

Adventurer and rich guy Steve Fossett disappeared 90 miles south
of Reno, NV, USA on September 5th 2007 after leaving a private
ranch by small aircraft. This man has piloted innumerable aircraft
(including, most famously, balloons), so this isn’t the JFK Jr. thing all
over again. Perhaps oddly, no flight plan was logged by Fossett.
There were no anomalous weather conditions to report.

Aerial searches have revealed nothing. Google Maps-style searches
have also uncovered nothing to do with Fossett, although some old,
unrelated crash sites were discovered. Read the full article

Area 51 - Military Facility, Social Phenomenon and State of Mind

Area 51, also known as Groom Lake, is a secret military facility about 90 miles north of Las Vegas.
The number refers to a 6-by-10-mile block of land, at the center of which is a large air base the government will not discuss. The site was selected in the mid-1950s for testing of the U-2 spyplane, due to its remoteness, proximity to existing facilities and presence of a dry lake bed for landings. Groom Lake is America's traditional testing ground for "black budget" aircraft before they are publicly acknowledged. The facility and surrounding areas are also associated -- with varying levels of credibility -- with UFO and conspiracy stories. In 1989, Bob Lazar claimed on a Las Vegas
television station that he had worked with alien spacecraft at Papoose Lake, south of Area 51.
Since then, "Area 51" has become a popular symbol for the alleged U.S. Government UFO cover-up. [GC 8/96]   Sources :   UfoMind (http://www.ufomind.com)

If you're looking for the latest in hush-hush experimental test flights, look no further than the new Spaceport America in Truth or Consequences, NM. Last week local radio station KRQE in Albuquerque reported that Lockheed Martin is running a shadowy operation out of the port, and even got a hold of some pictures of the new reusable, rocket-powered craft. There's no word yet on plans to test co-opted alien technologies.

Whether or not Spaceport America ever becomes the first Earthly landing strip for interstellar visitors is still up for grabs (some would argue that title goes to Roswell, NM, 200 miles to the east). For now the fledgling base is content to host "domestic" flights only... Read the full article
