DoomsDay

End times, Doomsday, Eschaton, Disambiguation.

The end time. Also called end times, end of time, end of days, last days, final days, doomsday, or eschaton is a future described variously in the eschatologies of several world religions (both Abrahamic and non-Abrahamic), which teach that world events will reach a climax.

The Abrahamic religions maintain a linear cosmology, with end-time scenarios containing themes of transformation and redemption. In Judaism, the term “end of days” makes reference to the Messianic Age and includes an in-gathering of the exiled Jewish diaspora, the coming of the Messiah, the resurrection of the righteous, and the world to come.

Some sects of Christianity depict the end time as a period of tribulation that precedes the second coming of Christ, who will face the Antichrist along with his power structure and usher in the Kingdom of God.

In Islam, the Day of Judgement is preceded by the appearance of the al-Masih al-Dajjal, and followed by the descending of Isa (Jesus). Isa will triumph over the false messiah, or the Antichrist, which will lead to a sequence of events that will end with the sun rising from the west and the beginning of the Qiyamah (Judgment day).

Non-Abrahamic religions tend to have more cyclical world-views, with end-time eschatologies characterized by decay, redemption, and rebirth. In Hinduism, the end time occurs when Kalki, the final incarnation of Vishnu, descends atop a white horse and brings an end to the current Kali Yuga.

In Buddhism, the Buddha predicted that his teachings would be forgotten after 5,000 years, followed by turmoil. A bodhisattva named Maitreya will appear and rediscover the teaching of dharma. The ultimate destruction of the world will then come through seven suns.

Since the development of the concept of deep time in the 18th century and the calculation of the estimated age of the Earth, scientific discourse about end times has considered the ultimate fate of the universe. Theories have included the Big Rip, Big Crunch, Big Bounce, and Big Freeze (heat death).

Day of reckoning

Last Judgment – Judgement Day

The Last Judgment or The Day of the Lord is part of the eschatological world view of the Abrahamic religions and in the Frashokereti of Zoroastrianism. Some Christian denominations consider the Second Coming of Christ to be the final and infinite judgment by God of the people in every nation resulting in the approval of some and the penalizing of others. The concept is found in all the Canonical gospels, particularly the Gospel of Matthew. Christian Futurists believe it will take place after the Resurrection of the Dead and the Second Coming of Christ while Full Preterists believe it has already occurred. The Last Judgment has inspired numerous artistic depictions.

Christianity

The doctrine and iconographic depiction of the “Last Judgment” are drawn from many passages from the apocalyptic sections of the Bible.

Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. (Rev 20:11–12)

Islam

According to Islamic tradition, Yawm al-Qiyāmah (Arabic: يوم القيامة‎ “the Day of Resurrection”) or Yawm ad-Din (Arabic: يوم الدين‎ “the Day of Judgment”) is believed to be God’s (Allāh) final assessment of humanity. The sequence of events (according to the most commonly held belief) is the annihilation of all creatures, resurrection of the body, and the judgment of all sentient creatures. It is a time where everyone would be shown his or her deeds and actions with justice.

Judaism

In Judaism, beliefs vary about a last day of judgment for all mankind. Some rabbis hold that there will be such a day following the resurrection of the dead. Others hold that this accounting and judgment happens when one dies. Still others hold that the last judgment only applies to the gentiles and not the Jewish people.

Bahai Faith

The Bab and Baha’u’llah taught that there is one unfolding religion of one God and that once in about every 1000 years a new messenger prophet, Rasul al-Nabii, or as Bahais call them, Manifestation of God, comes to mankind to renew the Kingdom of God on earth and establish a new Covenant between humanity and God. Each time a new Manifestation of God comes it is considered the Day of Judgement, Day of Resurrection, or ‘the Last Hour'[57] for the believers and unbelievers of the previous Manifestation of God. The Bab told of the judgment:

“There shall be no resurrection of the day, in the sense of the coming forth from the physical graves. Rather, the resurrection of all shall occur (in the form of) those that are living in that age. If they belong to paradise, they shall be believers, if to hell, they shall be unbelievers.

There is no denying that upon the Day of Resurrection, each and every thing shall be raised to life before God, may he be praised and glorified. For God shall originate that creation and then cause it to return. He has decreed the creation of all things, and he shall raise them to life again. God is powerful over all things.”

If Coronavirus is not stopped now, It’ll Be Armageddon !

This week a new phrase – social distancing measures – entered our lexicon.

Introduced by Dr. Nancy Messonnier, director of the Center for the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases at the CDC, she described “social distancing measures” as part of standard protocol to limit “community spread” of disease in the case of a pandemic, which the coronavirus (officially COVID-19) has not yet reached but threatens to do so.

The President and government officials are working valiantly to reassure Americans that the “threat to the American public remains low,” as VP Pence said in Wednesday’s nationally televised news conference.

However, in a separate news briefing the same day, Dr. Messonier was less than reassuring. “Ultimately, we expect we will see community spread in this country,” she said. “It’s not so much a question of if this will happen anymore, but rather more a question of exactly when this will happen and how many people in this country will have severe illness.”

During that briefing, she outlined three categories of non-pharmaceutical interventions or NPIs to contain community spread of the virus. There are common-sense personal NPIs like washing hands, covering coughs, and not touching one’s face. Environmental NPIs include frequent washing of surfaces people touch.

And then there are community NPIs. “Social distancing measures designed to keep people who are sick away from others,” she said. “These are practical measures that can help limit exposure by reducing exposure in community settings.” In other words, keeping out of public places and in one’s home to avoid potential exposure.

It may mean closing schools and businesses, as has been done in Northern Italy, an emerging hot spot for the disease. The Guardian described the region as effectively in “lockdown” with schools, businesses, public offices, and restaurants closed, and sporting events and religious services canceled.

Recognizing there is a tremendous amount of uncertainty about what’s to come because this is a new virus and totally unpredictable, Dr. Messonnier stressed that community interventions will vary depending on local conditions. But she also warned, “We would implement these NPI measures in a very aggressive, proactive way.” The CDC has set up a separate website to provide updates on the progress of the disease in the country.

Community interventions will mean closed businesses

Should community NPIs become necessary, it could be devastating to brick-and-mortar retailers especially, but even to e-commerce retailers which may be forced to close fulfillment facilities or be unable to make home deliveries. Forgive me for going biblical on you, but since we’ve long talked about the “retail apocalypse,” we may as well go all the way to the potential for a retail Armageddon if our public health officials enact such aggressive, proactive measures to halt the spread of the disease.

We all hope and pray this disease abates like the flu as the warm weather arrives, but it may take a turn for the worse. Nobody knows. Nobody can predict. And it may come back stronger in the fall, as flu typically does.

Consumer confidence shaken

Already investors are seeing the writing on the wall. The Wall Street Journal reported that the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 12.4% this week with a drop of more than 3,500 points, making February the worst month since 2009.

Doug Cohen, managing director at Athena Capital Advisors, is quoted saying, “This unfortunately is the perfect storm. This is not something out of a standard economic textbook.” Combine consumers’ fear of contracting a potentially fatal disease with fears about the economy and you have that “perfect storm” Cohen speaks about coming to retailers dependent on consumer confidence to open their wallets and spend. Also on Wednesday, the National Retail Federation’s president and CEO Matthew Shay was characteristically bullish about prospects for retail in 2020.

“The nation’s record-long economic expansion is continuing, and consumers remain the drivers of that expansion,” he said, predicting that retail sales will increase between 3.5% and 4.1% in 2020, “despite uncertainty from the lingering trade war, coronavirus and the presidential election.”

“With gains in household income and wealth, lower interest rates and strong consumer confidence, we expect another healthy year ahead,” he continued. “There are always wild cards we cannot control like coronavirus and a politically charged election year. But when it comes to the fundamentals, our economy is sound and consumers continue to lead the way.”

Consumers signal caution

However, a new survey indicates consumers are leading the way to a slowdown in retail sales, not an uptick especially if the coronavirus takes hold.

“U.S. consumers are already becoming cautious—and if the situation worsens (or even the perception of the situation), U.S. consumers could dramatically change habits to reduce the risk of infection, and this could hit retailers hard,” Coresight Research reports from its survey among 2,000 adult Americans conducted February 25-26.

Currently, some 28% of those surveyed said they are already steering clear of public places, like shopping centers, entertainment venues, and changing travel plans.

Further, 58% said they will avoid public areas or travel if the outbreak worsens in the U.S., with about one-fifth as of now uncertain what they will do if it becomes more of a threat. Frankly, those undecideds may have no choice depending upon the measures enacted by public health officials.

Digging deeper into consumers’ expectations of how their behavior will change, the survey found shopping centers and malls are the first place consumers will avoid, followed by public transportation and international travel.

Some 75% of those who say their behavior will change if the outbreak worsens will avoid malls, as compared with 73% avoiding public transportation, and 68% postponing international travel.

As compared with shopping centers and malls, they are less likely to stay out of stores in general, with some 53% of those who expect to change behavior if the outbreak worsens saying they will avoid stores.

But it is far more likely they will shop primarily for necessities in grocery, drug, and hardware stores, rather than stores that cater to discretionary purchases. Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are also likely to take a hit, with 61% saying they will avoid these if the outbreak worsens.

Beyond necessity purchases, retailers’ success is far more dependent on how people feel. If consumers feel confident, they will spend. If they don’t, then they will delay unnecessary purchases and sit tight. That is what could happen if this disease advances, as it likely will.

Picking up the pieces in the aftermath

Assuming a best-case scenario, retailers might take a short-term hit, but consumers could come back strong later to make up their delayed purchases. But retailers should plan for rising consumer uncertainty that could have devastating long-term consequences.

In a recent article by Jing Daily columnist Jiaqi Loa, exploring the psychological impacts of the coronavirus on Chinese citizens, wrote, “It’s become a disorienting, time-stopping social disaster. How can a company convey a marketing message that doesn’t sound out of place to a public who just experienced this type of fear, trauma, and paranoia?”

American consumers are already on edge, as the Coresight Research study indicates, and with the stock market imploding this week amid fears it will continue to tank, consumer confidence could be rattled to the core, like it was in 2008-2009. In a prescient article by fellow Forbes.com contributor Nikki Baird, she predicts the coming decade may bring the “death of consumerism.”

She writes, “Consumers are becoming more mindful and sensitive to their environmental footprint, and consumerism is highly vulnerable to that sensitivity. I would even go so far as to say that in the next decade, retail sees a substantial shrinking of consumerism.” Even before the coronavirus, there have been deep changes taking place in the minds of consumers, resulting from their growing recognition that our consumer culture is a major contributor to environmental damage.

Combine this with the psychologically-disorienting effect from fear of catching a contagious disease and any self-imposed or even forced halt to unnecessary shopping caused by a potential pandemic, and we can expect dramatic changes to how consumers shop and what they spend their money on.

A perfect retail storm is brewing. It may mean deep and long-lasting changes in consumer psychology. We can hope for the best, but we need to plan for the worse.

CoronaVirus and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation

Believe it or not, the coronavirus strain that’s currently spreading throughout China and abroad is a patented virus that’s owned by an entity called The Pirbright Institute, which is partially funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The patent page for coronavirus explains that it “may be used as a vaccine for treating and/or preventing a disease, such as infectious bronchitis, in a subject,” suggesting that this is just another weaponized viral strain designed to sell more useless, deadly vaccines, while at the same time killing off a few thousand, or perhaps a few million, people.

Russian state TV tells viewers to pack essentials for WW3 !!!

Russian state TV tells viewers to pack essentials for WW3 bomb shelters – Including iodine to protect against radiation.

In the same report, the Kremlin-owned channel also claimed there were too many Western scare stories about a catastrophic global conflict. A state-run Russian TV channel has advised people to pack essentials in preparation for World War Three. The Kremlin-owned channel suggested the ideal supplies for survival and told people to pack iodine to protect the body from radiation.

The Cuban Missile Crisis 2.0

The report on Rossiya-24 came amid deep tension over Syria and as a top military analyst warned that the world already has the Cuban Missile Crisis Mark Two. However, in the same report they also claimed there were too many Western scare stories about a catastrophic global conflict. Alexander Golts told Rain TV in Moscow: “A year ago when I said we had entered a new Cold War, nobody agreed with me.

“Now everyone agrees but it has become clear that events in this second Cold War develop a lot quicker. “It’s only just started and, here you go, we already have Cuban Missile Crisis 2.0.” The bomb shell advice included stated: “The food supply for doomsday includes many items but the main idea behind packing an emergency stock is less sweets, more water. “ Viewers were told to pack rice – “it can be stored for up to eight years, oatmeal for three to seven years”.

The Russian favourite of buckwheat only lasts one year, they were informed. “Obviously, you can survive on tinned meat for quite a while – up to five years, while canned fish keeps for not more than two years. “Of course it is hard to do without milk, at least powdered, sugar and salt. “Russian tradition suggests we should buy pasta in times of cataclysms. “But professional survivors do not recommend taking this product into bomb shelters.”

Why World War III could happen in 2018 !

TV presenter Alexey Kazakov said: “Life in the underground world will be particularly hard for the sweet toothed. “Chocolates, sweets, condensed milk, all this will have to be left behind. “Yes, glucose is a great source of energy but sweets cause thirst, and water will become the most precious source for residents of bomb shelters.” An “expert” called Eduard Khalilov – interviewed on Skype – said: “The more water, the better.

“Because you can survive for two to three weeks without food, but it gets really hard without water after three days only. ‘Water is needed to digest food too. And water is the first thing one should think of.’ Experts “say that it is also necessary to take supplies of medicines with iodine that help body deal with radiation”. The report said panic was worse in America, adding: “It is interesting whether Russians believe this nonsense. “After electing (Donald) Trump, the business of American producers of bomb shelters is booming.”

Rare Solar Eclipse in 2017 and Another One in 2024 Will Mark Giant ‘X’ Across US

Rare Solar Eclipse in 2017 and Another One in 2024 Will Mark Giant ‘X’ Across US !

The Last 7 Years ?

On Aug. 21, 2017, something is going to happen in the United States that has not happened since 1918.
On that date, a total solar eclipse will be visible all the way from the east coast to the west coast. Incredibly, another rare solar eclipse of this nature will move across the country just seven years later in 2024. If you plot the projected courses of these two solar eclipses on a map, you will find that they form a giant “X” across the continental United States. In the Scriptures, Jesus told us that “there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon and in the stars” just prior to His return, and many are speculating about what this giant “X” might mean.

Two Solar Eclipses make Giant Cross over US Soil - http://www.alamongordo.com

Astronomers have been buzzing about the upcoming solar eclipse on Aug. 21 because it is so very rare. In fact, many are already making plans to travel to specific locations in order to have an optimal viewing experience. The following description of what will happen on that day comes from Fox News: Day will turn into night across the United States on Aug. 21, as the country experiences its first total solar eclipse in decades.

On this day, the moon will pass directly between the earth and the sun, casting a shadow on the United States that will track from Oregon to South Carolina. This will be the first time since 1918 that a total solar eclipse will be visible from the west coast to the east coast of the United States. The most recent total solar eclipse visible in the United States occurred in 1979; however, it was only visible across the Pacific Northwest.

This is something that does not happen very often, and that is why it is so extraordinary that another solar eclipse will be visible in large portions of the nation just seven years later in 2024. When you chart the courses of both eclipses on a map, you see that they form a giant “X” right over the center of the country. Could this giant “X” have some sort of meaning?

According to The Washington Post, some believe that “the two eclipses that are slated to travel across the United States in 2017 and 2024, together marking an X across the nation, could be the starting and ending signs bookmarking a seven-year period of awful tribulations that Revelations [sic] says waits in store for nonbelievers who are left behind on Earth when the rapture occurs.”.

Obviously I do not agree with that. If you have read The Rapture Verdict, you already know that the Bible says that a whole bunch of things must still happen before we get to the rapture. So this giant “X” definitely does not mean that the rapture is going to happen in 2017.

But could it have some other sort of significance ?

The truth is that I don’t know, and I want to make that very clear, but I do find it interesting that the heart of the “X” falls in portions of Kentucky, Illinois and Missouri. An area spanning parts of Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky will be the nexus of the next two total solar eclipses to occur in the U.S., on Aug. 21, 2017, and April 8, 2024. Because the 2017 eclipse travels across the country from northwest to southeast and the 2024 eclipse makes its way through the nation from southwest to northeast, the two paths cross each other and create a zone of overlapping totality of almost 9,000 square miles, or roughly the size of New Jersey.

If you follow my work closely, you know that I have been warning for years about the catastrophic earthquake that will someday strike the New Madrid fault zone. The heart of this “X” falls precisely in the area where we would expect such an earthquake, and when I first saw this map that is what immediately got my attention.

That certainly does not mean that the coming New Madrid earthquake will happen on any particular date, but it is definitely a very interesting “coincidence.” This has also caused me to reflect on something that John Paul Jackson once said. Back in 2008, he made a DVD called “The Perfect Storm” in which he detailed a whole host of disasters that God showed him are coming to America.

At the very beginning of the DVD, John Paul explained that the majority of the things that he was going to talk about on the DVD would not happen for about a decade. Well, when you add 10 years to 2008, that brings us to 2018.

In other words, the time frame that John Paul Jackson warned us about nearly a decade ago also lines up with the time frame of these upcoming solar eclipses. Is that just another “coincidence”? I don’t have any definitive answers for you all. Today, I am just asking some questions. In recent months, I have been writing much about the upcoming judgment on America. I know a lot of people don’t like to hear these kinds of warnings, but we shouldn’t ignore the fact that God is speaking to large numbers of individuals all over the globe about these things.

Another very unusual celestial event will happen on September 23rd. It is being referred to as “the Revelation 12 sign,” and apparently, this will be the very first time that the scene described in Revelation chapter 12 will be depicted in the stars in about 7000 years.

Here is more from The Washington Post :

The Book of Revelation, which is full of extraordinary imagery, describes a woman “clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head” who gives birth to a boy who will “rule all the nations with an iron scepter” while she is threatened by a red, seven-headed dragon. On Sept. 23, we will be able to see this scene in the heavens, and you can find out more about this very unusual celestial event on YouTube right here.

Once again, I don’t know what that sign might mean, but it is interesting that it also happens this year.
So will 2017 turn out to be one of the most meaningful years for Bible prophecy that we have ever seen?
I don’t know, but Jesus did repeatedly tell us to watch for signs of His return, so I am watching.

Second Coming Prophecies

Predictions About The Second Coming

1745-present

Emanuel Swedenborg, Emanuel Swedenborg witnessed the Last Judgment in 1757 as one of many events recounted in his works resulting from visions of Jesus Christ returned. He tells of almost daily interaction with Christ over the course of almost 30 years. His return is not in the flesh, but in His Holy Spirit. “Neither shall they say see here or see there, for behold, the kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:20).

September 15, 1829

George Rapp George Rapp, founder and leader of the Harmony Society, predicted that on September 15, 1829 the three and one half years of the Sun Woman would end and Christ would begin his reign on earth. Dissension grew when Rapp’s predictions went unfulfilled. In March 1832, a third of the group left and some began following a man named Bernhard Müller who claimed to be the Lion of Judah. Nevertheless, most of the group stayed and Rapp continued to lead them until he died on August 7, 1847. His last words to his followers were, “If I did not so fully believe, that the Lord has designated me to place our society before His presence in the land of Canaan, I would consider this my last”.

October 22, 1844

William Miller and the Millerite Movement The fact that this failed to happen the way people were expecting was later referred to as the Great Disappointment. Some Millerites continued to set dates; others founded the Seventh-day Adventist Church and the Advent Christian Church, which continued to expect the Second Coming but no longer set dates for it (Members of the Bahá’í Faith believe that Christ did return on May 23, 1844 as the Báb (the Gate), the forerunner of Bahá’u’lláh (Glory of God).

1874

Charles Taze Russell Charles Taze Russell, the first president of what is now the Watchtower Society of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, calculated 1874 to be the year of Christ’s Second Coming, and until his death taught that Christ was invisibly present, and ruling from the heavens from that date prophesied. Russell proclaimed Christ’s invisible return in 1874, the resurrection of the saints in 1875, and predicted the end of the “harvest” and a rapture of the saints to heaven for 1878, and the final end of “the day of wrath” in 1914. 1874 was considered the end of 6,000 years of human history and the beginning of judgment by Christ.

1914

Jehovah’s Witnesses The “Second Coming” is important in the doctrine of Jehovah’s Witnesses, although they do not use this term. Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that Christ’s visible (to humans) return will be at Armageddon. They believe that 1914 A.D. marked the beginning of Christ’s invisible presence (Matt. 24:3 gr. “parousia”) as the King of God’s Kingdom (Psalm 110; Revelation 12:10), and the beginning of the last days of the human ruled system of society. They believe the signs Christ revealed about his return in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 began to occur starting in 1914. In a parallel Biblical account at Revelation 6, they believe the ride of the symbolic four horsemen began in the same year, and that the first rider on the white horse depicts the Christ. He goes forth to complete his conquest of the earth, while the rule by human leaders continues for a short while until they meet their end at Armageddon by the power of the Christ (Revelation 19:11-21).

1917-1930

Sun Myung Moon The followers of Reverend Sun Myung Moon consider Rev. Moon to be the Lord of the Second Advent called by Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday at the age of 15 on a Korean Mountainside.

1930

Rudolf Steiner Steiner described the physical incarnation of Christ as a unique event, but predicted that Christ would reappear in the etheric, or lowest spiritual, plane beginning in the 1930s. This would manifest in various ways: as a new spiritual approach to community life and between individuals; in more and more individuals discovering fully conscious access to the etheric plane (clairvoyance); and in Christ’s appearance to groups of seekers gathered together.

1975

Herbert W. Armstrong Armstrong, Pastor-General of the Radio Church of God, and then the Worldwide Church of God, felt the return of Jesus Christ might be in 1975. Of particular note was the book 1975 in Prophecy! Written by Armstrong and published by the Radio Church of God in 1956. Though, never explicitly stating a date in the booklet, the title led people to believe the date was the second coming.

June 28, 1981

Bill Maupin Maupin, a pastor of the Lighthouse Gospel Tract Foundation in Tucson, Arizona , wrote a book predicting the date of the Second Coming. His congregation sold all their belongings and went to a hilltop on that day to await the event.

June 21, 1982

Benjamin Creme The followers of the New Age Theosophical guru Benjamin Creme, like Alice A. Bailey, believe the Second Coming will occur when Maitreya (the being Theosophists identify as being Christ) makes his presence on Earth publically known-Crème believes Maitreya has been on Earth since 1977, living in secret. Creme put advertisements in many of the world’s major newspapers in early 1982 stating that the Second Coming would occur on Monday, 21 June 1982 (summer solstice in the northern hemisphere, at which time Christ (Maitreya) would announce his Second Coming on worldwide television (this is called the Emergence or Day of Declaration ; this is when, Creme’s followers believe, the Maitreya will telepathically overshadow all of humanity when he appears on worldwide television. When this event did not occur, Crème claimed that the “world is not yet ready to receive Maitreya”; his followers continue to believe it will happen “soon”.

1994 – 2011

Harold Camping Harold Camping, WFME radio Bible founder and teacher, published a book, 1994?, a prediction of Christ’s return was likely pointing to 1994 but that the end will be 2011. 2011 was also in the book 1994. Camping wrote “Adam when?” and claimed the Biblical calendar meshes with the secular and is accurate from 11,013 BC-2011 AD.

1999 – 2009

Jerry Falwell Fundamentalist preacher Jerry Falwell predicted in 1999 that the Second Coming would probably be within 10 years.

1999

Nostradamus Nostradamus predicted that “from the sky will come a great King of Terror” in 1999. (The 7th Month was The 9th Month in Calendar and 1999 became 9/11 in 2001, Read our “Prophecies of Nostradamus”) This was interpreted by some as a prophecy about the second coming of Jesus. When this did not occur, some of his followers and those of Edgar Cayce claimed that Jesus was conceived in 1998, born in 1999, and is currently living on Earth as a reincarnated person.

1999 – 2030

Edgar Cayce, The Sleeping Prophet – Edgar Cayce predicted the second coming would happen in this new millenium, See our “Edgar Cayce Prophecies”.

September 13, 2007

Paul Sides Paul Sides predicted that September 13, 2007 marks the end of seven years of “wars and rumors of war” that erupted when The Oslo Accords were annulled. Then he predicts a final seven year “tribulation period” that culminates in a war over the Holy Land that brings back the Messiah.

September 30, 2008

Mark Biltz Mark Biltz, Pastor of El Shaddai Ministries, predicted September 30, 2008 (Rosh Hashanah) as the potential day of the second coming of Jesus based on four total Lunar Eclipses that occur seven years (Great Tribulation period) after September 30, 2008 in 2014 and 2015 that happen to fall on the two Jewish holidays Pesach and Succot in both 2014 and 2015. Mark believes this to be significant as the four Lunar EclipseJews,Spain falling on the aforementioned Jewish holidays has happened in the past in 1492, 1948 and 1949 highlighting those years to be significant in Jewish history. In 1492 the Jews were expelled from Spain, in 1948 Israel became a nation, and in 1949 Jerusalem became the capital of Israel. In addition, he attributed these Lunar events to the “signs in the heavens” that the Bible speaks of.

2012

Jack Van Impe Televangelist Jack Van Impe has, over the years, predicted many specific years and dates for the second coming of Jesus, but has continued to move his prediction later. Many of these dates have already passed, and he recently pointed to 2012 as a possible date for the second coming. Van Impe no longer claims to know the exact date of the Second Coming, but quotes verses which imply that mankind should know when the second coming is near.

2012

The Maya’s The Second Coming, according to the Maya’s will happen in December 2012

2025

Alice A. Bailey In January 1946, New Age Theosophical guru Alice A. Bailey prophesied that Christ would return “sometime after AD 2025” (Theosophists identify “Christ” as being identical to a being they call Maitreya to inaugurate the Age of Aquarius thus, this event will be, according to Bailey, the New Age equivalent of the Christian concept of the Second Coming. Alice A. Bailey stated that St. Germain is the manager of the executive council of the Christ (Like C.W. Leadbeater , Alice A. Bailey refers to St. Germain as the Master Rakoczi or the Master R. in her books.). Thus, according to Alice A. Bailey, St. Germain’s primary task is to prepare the way for the Second Coming.

2034

Joseph Nathan Smith The group at www.2034 AD.com has documented the discovery of the year for the second coming of Jesus in the Bible.

2060

Isaac Newton Isaac Newton, in Nova Science’s “Newton’s Dark Secrets”; in the public television science show, in its treatment on the spiritual life of Isaac Newton, the narrator approximately said Newton calculated biblical clues of the return of Christ to be in the year 2060 AD.
